We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order’s arrival*. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received.  Returns/Merchandise must be received within 7 business days from the time of your request. Used merchandised cannot be returned unless defective ( see repairs ) .
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.

 How to Return 

  • We require you email us so that we can issue a Return Authorization number.
  • Please email and include your first and last name and order number.
  • Once reviewed we will email you an RA# and you can send us your return using a trackable courier of your choice
  • For exchange requests, your exchange will be shipped upon availability. We will email the replacement items tracking number upon dispatch. An additional shipping fee will be charged.
We recommend UPS or Fedex when shipping returns, and we are not responsible for lost return packages.


We will repair any jewelry design purchased through GIGI Stone website or direct purchase through GIGI Stone.

If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and shipping instructions.
Repairs can take 3-5 weeks to complete.
Less than 6 months after purchase is FREE
More than 6 months is subject to repair fee. *Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.
Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
Items purchased through other merchants must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please contact the stockist that you originally purchased the piece from. If they are unable to help you, please email and we will do our best to assist you.
